Immediately prior to starting her own firm, Patty spent nine years practicing labor & employment law at the nationally renowned law firm of Hunton & Williams LLP. She successfully defended companies in all types of employment litigation and proactively counseled employers on day-to-day compliance and employee relations issues.

Patty started PATTY GILL PLC to focus on the counseling side of her practice, while charging only a fraction of “large firm” rates. She essentially acts as in-house counsel for her clients and knows their business and workplace culture. Her goal is to promptly and effectively solve their employment law problems and minimize their legal risks.
